Level 1 Teaching Assistant

We are seeking to appoint an excellent Level 1 Teaching Assistant to work in our Early Years classes to support our teachers to provide an exceptional start to school. This is an exciting and unique opportunity for someone who is looking to develop further or begin their career as a teaching assistant and join a new school from the very beginning. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Principal, staff and community of Buckton Fields to provide outstanding learning experiences as part of our new team. The role will include supporting the class teacher, delivering phonics sessions, listening to children read, delivering interventions and supporting small groups of children under direction of the class teacher. Training will be provided for the successful candidate and a commitment to CPD. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who can support our growing school. Office Manager

Buckton Fields Primary School is a brand new school opening in September and this is an exciting opportunity to be a pivotal part of the staff team from the beginning of the school’s journey. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Office Manager, who will work in partnership with the Principal, staff and school community, to run the school office, ensuring effective communication with our families and to support the opening and growth of our brand new school.

We are seeking to appoint a friendly and enthusiastic, organised and highly motivated individual to work in our school office and support the team to establish the smooth running of the front of house from the outset. The successful candidate will need to have good literacy and numeracy levels, excellent IT skills and enjoy working in a busy school environment. The role will require you to perform administrative tasks, communicate effectively, welcome all visitors and parents to our school, organise events and use our online systems for reporting and communication.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and should be able to demonstrate that they can work as part of a team, be able to prioritise, be tactful and diplomatic and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. You will be required to be proficient in the use of all Microsoft applications.

Site Supervisor

Buckton Fields Primary School is a brand new school opening in September and this is an exciting opportunity to be a pivotal part of the staff team from the beginning of the school’s journey. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Site Supervisor, who will work in partnership with the Principal, staff and school community, to deliver the operational needs of the site, ensuring that it is well maintained, safe and secure for the school community.

 

As the Site Supervisor for Buckton Fields, we require a person who is able to use their own initiative and manage their time effectively to support the smooth running of the school site. The role will include being responsible for the management of the site including health and safety, routine maintenance and refurbishment, security, monitoring contracts, cleanliness and improvements to the general school environment. In addition, there may be small DIY projects to enhance the school environment! The Site Supervisor role is very important to the school community and will be a valued asset to the team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand new school and be responsible for our state of the art new building and fantastic grounds.
